It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial for Ms. Melinda Beaulieu. I am an avid competitor in the Martial Arts, which includes Judo, Karate & Jujitsu. At first, my diet was not as good as I liked it to be. I felt sluggish toward the end of the day and it made my training work-outs difficult. I wasn’t able to get what I wanted from my activities because of my lack of energy and concentration.
I went to Melinda before my Empire State Games trials for advice. She gave me some information and ideas on nutrition that would enhance my performance. Needless to say, her advice worked; not only did I become qualifying regional Empire State Games champion in Judo in my division, but I also won the Silver Medal at the Empire State Games State Championships, defeating 3 out of the 4 regions for the placement. I noticed my energy surged during work-outs and difficult competitions, rather than diminish as it did before I spoke to Melinda.
